Bill Chan Introduces His 2026 Ward 22 Campaign Flyer

Bill Chan has released the first campaign flyer for his 2026 campaign for Toronto City Councillor in Ward 22 Scarborough–Agincourt. Bill joined the Toronto Police Service in 2000 and spent nearly 15 years in frontline policing. He also worked extensively with Toronto’s Chinese community as a Community Liaison Officer, building relationships with residents, businesses and community organizations. After leaving policing, Bill continued his community-service work through the Toronto Chinese Community Service Association and later founded the ForPeople Community Support Association. The new flyer introduces Bill’s background and outlines the campaign’s six CHANGE priorities: Communication Housing Accessibility Neighborhood Growth Environment Bill is running for City Council with a focus on experienced, accountable and community-based leadership for Scarborough–Agincourt.
