International Police Association Canada Section, Region 18 P.O. Box 2025 July 17, 2026 To Whom it may concern, It has been my honour to have known Bill Chan for over a decade. Mr. Chan has been a member in good standing of the International Police Association, Canada Section, for over 16 years. In this lengthy time, I have had the opportunity to watch Mr. Chan in various community leadership positions, assisting new immigrants to acclimatize to their new lives in Canada. Mr. Chan has worked with various municipal offices, Provincial Ministries and more in his efforts to make life better for his constituents. He is and has been a leader in his community and now wishes to do even more to support the people of his constituency. I strongly recommend Bill Chan as the right person to lead your upcoming council into 2027. My vote would definitely be in support of Bill Chan.
