September 8, 2026 WARD 22 SCARBOROUGH-AGINCOURT CONSTITUENTS: I am pleased to endorse Bill Chan for Toronto City Councilor, Ward 22, Scarborough-Agincourt. I have had the pleasure of knowing Bill Chan for over 20 years. Through his long-standing involvement with the Chao Chow Association Of Ontario, and his community commitment, I have come to know him as a very dedicated leader who possesses crucial qualities and experience needed to serve Ward 22. I also had the honor of working with Bill through the Toronto Police Service Community Consultative Committee during his time as the Liaison Officer. I witnessed firsthand his dedication to enhancing community safety and involvement, which led to building bridges between the police and the communities he served. His contributions and commitment earned him the respect of many across the community. Following his retirement, Bill continued his longstanding commitment to public and community service. In 2018, he founded “For People Community Support Association” a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and services to the community. Ward 22 deserves a representative who not only understands the community, but who will listen to its residents and work hard on their behalf. I believe that it is essential to elect leaders who are committed to improving the community they represent, and Bill is one notable leader. He has demonstrated these qualities throughout his many years of public and community service. I am confident with his experience and dedication, he will continue to work tirelessly to make your community a better place to live, work, and raise family by being a strong voice for Scarborough-Agincourt.
